1. Scope of Services

Instant Power Electric provides electrical services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, as outlined in project proposals or service agreements. The scope of work for each project is specified in the service contract and may be adjusted based on mutual agreement.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the client. Prices may vary depending on material costs, project scope changes, and unforeseen conditions. Instant Power Electric will notify clients of any additional charges before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement and must be adhered to for the project to proceed. Typically, a deposit is required upon contract signing, with balance payments due upon completion or according to the payment schedule in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Scheduling and Project Timelines

Project start and completion dates are estimated based on current availability and project scope. Delays may occur due to weather, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond our control. Instant Power Electric will make reasonable efforts to communicate any schedule changes.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Instant Power Electric guarantees workmanship for a specified period after project completion, typically 1 year, unless stated otherwise in the service agreement. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations by others, or normal wear and tear.

6. Liability

Instant Power Electric is insured for all work performed. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.

7. Permits and Compliance

Instant Power Electric is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes. Permits will be obtained if required, and the client agrees to cover permit fees unless otherwise specified.

8. Access to Property

The client agrees to provide Instant Power Electric access to the property as needed to complete the work. The work area should be clear of obstacles to facilitate a safe and efficient working environment.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose any relevant information about the project site, including hazards or access issues. Clients are responsible for protecting their property in and around the work area and notifying us of any special concerns or conditions.

10. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee. Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already begun.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Instant Power Electric reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the services are provided. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of that state.
